New Simply and Managed website packages include an agreed build with a 12-month minimum from the service start date. Simply credits cover supported AI edits; Managed includes its stated personal-time allowance. Existing agreements remain unchanged.

1. Who we are
Eversloy is operated by Eversloy Ltd, company number 15748654, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 28 Merstone Close, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 0LR, United Kingdom. Contact Lee Savory at hello@eversloy.co.uk.
Our services are offered to business customers for business purposes. These terms cover use of eversloy.co.uk and the website, development, hosting, support, consultancy and Fractional CTO services we agree to supply. “You” means the customer named in our agreement.
2. Agreeing the work
You may buy a published website package directly or ask for a free homepage mockup first. Checkout takes the first month’s payment, which is credited to the first service month. After payment, we confirm the written scope, deliverables, service start date, later billing, responsibilities and any minimum term before work begins. Paying at checkout alone does not start service or a 12-month minimum term. If we cannot supply the package or cannot agree the written scope and terms, we refund that first payment in full. For other work, an enquiry or discussion does not itself create a service contract; the written proposal or order explains how it is accepted.
The agreed proposal and any service-specific terms take precedence over these general terms if they conflict. Mandatory legal rights always apply. Changes to an existing agreement require agreement between us; publishing new website terms does not retrospectively change your contract.
3. Scope and delivery
We will use reasonable care and skill. Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and on you providing decisions, access, content and approvals when requested. We will tell you about material delays and agree a revised plan where necessary.
Work outside the agreed scope, including additional pages, features, integrations or revisions, needs a separate agreement on price and timing. We will not treat silence as approval of additional charges. There is no promise of unlimited work, guaranteed search rankings, sales results, uninterrupted availability or complete protection against every security threat.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, your business’s regulatory requirements, and having permission to supply materials and access. We remain responsible for delivering our agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
4. Website packages
Managed Websites
The following describes the published packages at the date above. Your accepted order records the package, scope and applicable price. At the published monthly prices, the minimum 12-month totals are £599.88 for Managed Hosting, £1,799.88 for Managed Premium and £2,999.88 for Premium Growth, excluding separately agreed extras. The 12 months begin on the agreed service start date. Eversloy is not currently VAT registered.
- Managed Hosting — £49.99 per month: a one-page website plus two supporting pages within an agreed scope, hosting and routine care. New agreements include up to 30 minutes of hands-on website work each month. Existing agreements continue on their recorded terms. The initial build has no upfront build fee, with a 12-month minimum agreement.
- Managed Premium — £149.99 per month: a 5–7 page website within an agreed scope and up to 90 minutes of agreed work each month total. The initial build has no upfront build fee, with a 12-month minimum agreement. E-commerce is separately scoped and priced.
- Premium Growth — £249.99 per month: a 7+ page website with entry-level e-commerce capability within an agreed scope and up to three hours of agreed work each month total. The initial build has no upfront build fee, with a 12-month minimum agreement. Advanced shop functionality and custom development are separately scoped and priced.
“7+ pages” does not mean an unlimited number of pages. We agree the page count, shop setup, content responsibilities and revision allowance before starting. Hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring and routine updates are included as described in your order. One new standard .co.uk domain is included for the first year with each new Simply or Managed website package, subject to availability. Lee arranges registration after your first package payment, in your name or your business’s name. Annual renewal is charged separately from year two, with the price confirmed before renewal. Existing domains can stay where they are; other extensions are quoted separately. This first-year inclusion applies to new website packages; existing agreements continue on their recorded terms. Standalone domain registrations, other extensions, paid software, payment-provider charges and other third-party costs must be identified in the proposal if applicable.
Included monthly time covers agreed hands-on work, changes, meetings and troubleshooting. Routine automated hosting maintenance is separate. Unused time does not roll over. Additional work is £75 per hour unless another rate is agreed in writing, and requires your agreement before it starts.
Simply Websites: included build and AI-edit allowances
New Simply agreements include a scoped initial build with no upfront build fee and a 12-month minimum beginning on the agreed service start date. Simply Lite is £19.99/month, £239.88 over 12 months, with up to 3 main pages and 15 monthly AI-edit credits. Simply is £29.99/month, £359.88 over 12 months, with up to 5 main pages, a contact form and 25 credits. Business is £49.99/month, £599.88 over 12 months, with up to 10 main pages on an agreed WordPress website and 50 credits. Shop is £99.99/month, £1,199.88 over 12 months, with up to 5 main content pages plus an agreed WooCommerce store for fewer than 100 products and 100 credits. Product variations, catalogue responsibilities and setup are agreed in writing. These totals exclude separately agreed extras.
Main pages are normal pages of agreed content, not unlimited one-page websites. Standard privacy/terms and utility pages sit outside the main-page allowance. Shop listings count against the product allowance; basket, checkout and account pages do not use main-page slots. Additional pages, new sections and features need an agreed upgrade or quote; editing credits do not increase your package limits.
Credits cover supported AI edits only. Manual editing, advice, investigation, copywriting and bespoke development by Lee are quoted separately. Managed plans include their own personal-time allowance, not the Simply credit allocation.
One standard supported AI update is one supplied-text replacement of up to 1,000 characters including spaces in one existing section, or one supplied image replacement. Multiple sections and combined text/image work use separate credits. Supported operations and controls are confirmed for the agreed platform before activation. Credits do not buy unrestricted AI access, new pages or unlimited work. Included credits reset each service billing cycle and do not roll over; extra credit purchases require agreement and are not automatic. Corrections to incorrectly applied updates do not use additional credits.
5. Consultancy, discovery and Fractional CTO support
A Strategy Session is a focused four-hour consultancy and planning session at £300, with the agreed preparation and concise recommendations. It does not include development unless expressly agreed. Project Discovery & Planning is quoted to scope; any subsequent implementation is separately agreed.
Fractional CTO partnerships reserve 16 hours per month at £1,200 or 32 hours per month at £2,400, unless your agreement specifies another arrangement. The initial commitment is three months, followed by monthly renewal. The notice period is stated in your agreement before starting.
Discovery, planning, meetings, communication, development, testing, deployment and handover all use the reserved hours. We agree priorities within that capacity; larger projects may span several months. Unused hours do not roll over. Extra work is separately agreed and quoted. A retainer does not guarantee completion of an unlimited project within a month.
6. Prices and payment
Eversloy Ltd is not VAT registered. No VAT is currently charged on our services. The prices shown are the amounts payable for the stated service, subject to any additional work or third-party costs agreed in advance. If our VAT status changes, we will explain the effect on future charges before it takes effect under your agreement.
For published website packages, checkout collects one first-month payment. We confirm the service start date and credit that payment to its first month. Later monthly amounts, including any agreed usage or extras, are issued as invoices with payment links after review; your card is not charged automatically. Your written scope or order sets out billing dates, payment methods and invoice due dates. Unless it states otherwise, later invoices are payable within 14 days and monthly packages are billed monthly in advance. We will make the total price, or the basis for calculating it, clear before you commit. No payment-card details should be sent through an enquiry form or email.
If an undisputed payment is overdue, we will contact you and give reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve it before suspending affected services, unless urgent action is needed for security or legal reasons. We will discuss genuinely disputed amounts promptly. Price changes to existing services follow the agreed contract and any applicable statutory requirements.
7. Concepts, approval and your responsibilities
The free BEEKS homepage mockup is a self-service concept image, subject to the displayed availability and usage limits. It is not a free completed website, an automatic entitlement to manual design revisions, or approval of a paid service. You can create your concept before Lee reviews the suitability and written scope of the paid package. Any feedback or revision allowance is confirmed separately. Full work starts only after the paid scope and service start date are agreed; the first-month payment may already have been made at checkout.
Please review deliverables and tell us promptly about any discrepancy with the agreed scope. Approval does not remove your rights concerning defects or services that have not been supplied with reasonable care and skill. You must keep account credentials secure and let us know about suspected misuse.
8. Ownership, licences and handover
Scoped website builds are included in all new Simply and Managed Website plans, with a 12-month minimum. Your accepted written scope records the service start and end dates of that term, the initial build scope and the bespoke work covered by the transfer. While payments are up to date, you have permission to use the delivered website for your business. Eversloy retains copyright in the bespoke work it owns until the agreed transfer takes effect.
Once the minimum term and the agreed payments for that term and the included build are complete, we transfer the agreed bespoke website copyright to you, with no separate purchase fee. We document the assignment in writing signed by or on behalf of Eversloy, either in the original agreement with those conditions or in a handover assignment. This website statement alone is not a signed copyright assignment. We will not make the transfer dependent on buying another hosting or support term.
Your domain registration remains in your name or your business name as registrant. Your supplied content and materials remain yours, and your business data remains under your control; you give us the permissions needed to deliver the service. These are not part of a website buyout. We identify account access and data-return arrangements in your proposal.
Pre-existing tools, reusable components and Eversloy systems are not assigned. For Eversloy-owned components embedded in the delivered website, the agreement includes the continuing rights needed to run, maintain and move that website after transfer, without requiring ongoing Eversloy hosting. Open-source software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock materials and other third-party products remain subject to their own licences. Material licence renewals, non-transferable subscriptions and external service dependencies are disclosed before agreement. Ownership or handover of your website does not include BEEKS, its editor, Eversloy’s client portal, infrastructure or shared software. Your accepted scope identifies transferable deliverables, their handover format and platform-dependent features. Third-party and AI-generated materials remain subject to applicable rights and licences; no exclusive copyright is promised where Eversloy cannot grant it.
After ownership transfers, you may continue paying for hosting, care and agreed support, or end those services on the applicable notice and move elsewhere. Cancelling ongoing care does not reverse completed ownership transfers. A standard export of the agreed transferable website files and, where applicable, its website-specific database or business-data export, plus client-owned credentials we hold, is included at handover. The accepted scope identifies the platform and export format. This does not include the shared BEEKS platform, its database, editor, infrastructure or other customers’ data. Migration work, a new hosting setup, third-party renewals or other assistance are separately quoted and approved before work starts. Handover timing and secure delivery are agreed with you.
Standalone projects, work beyond the included build and Fractional CTO services have their deliverables and ownership arrangements specified in the accepted proposal; this website-package model does not retrospectively alter existing contracts. We will not publish your confidential information or imply your endorsement without permission.
9. Confidentiality and personal data
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other, use it only for the agreed work and disclose it only to people who need it and are subject to appropriate duties, or where the law requires disclosure. This does not cover information already lawfully public or independently obtained.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information we handle for our own business purposes. If we process personal data on your behalf, the necessary data-processing terms, security responsibilities, authorised providers and return/deletion arrangements must be agreed before that processing begins. General website terms do not replace those arrangements.
10. Ending services and early website buyout
Your order records the minimum term, renewal arrangements, notice period and any early-exit calculation. Unless another notice period is agreed in writing, either party may end a rolling monthly service on 30 days’ written notice, taking effect no earlier than the end of any agreed minimum term. We will explain these before you commit. Minimum terms do not remove statutory cancellation or other mandatory rights.
You may end a new Simply or Managed website plan early and take its agreed transferable deliverables by paying the remaining ownership buyout below. The initial build values and monthly credits are fixed for these published plans and are recorded in your accepted scope. Existing agreements keep their accepted terms.
| Plan | Initial build value | Credit per qualifying month |
|---|---|---|
| Simply Lite | £120.00 | £10.00 |
| Simply | £180.00 | £15.00 |
| Business | £360.00 | £30.00 |
| Shop | £720.00 | £60.00 |
| Managed Hosting | £300.00 | £25.00 |
| Managed Premium | £900.00 | £75.00 |
| Premium Growth | £1,500.00 | £125.00 |
Remaining buyout = initial build value × max(0, 12 − qualifying months) ÷ 12, rounded once to the nearest penny. A qualifying month is a fully paid monthly service period that has begun by the agreed exit date, capped at 12. Each counts once; an unpaid period or advance payment for a service period that has not begun does not earn a build credit. The buyout reaches £0 after 12 qualifying months. For example, Simply Lite starts at £120 and is £90 after three qualifying months.
Paying the remaining buyout releases the remaining minimum-term future-service payment commitment from the agreed exit date. It is not added to a demand for all the unused months. The settlement separately identifies unpaid services already supplied and expressly agreed, non-recoverable third-party costs. Any amounts already held for unused future service are credited against the settlement or refunded where applicable. We do not recover the same build cost twice. Any service you ask us to continue until handover is identified and priced separately. Once the agreed settlement is paid, we complete the signed transfer and standard handover described above.
If you do not choose an early buyout, ownership of Eversloy’s bespoke work does not transfer merely because you cancel. Any remaining obligations and end of the permission to use that work follow the signed agreement and applicable law. Your own domain, content and business data remain yours. Ending services because of our breach, and any mandatory statutory remedies, are not conditional on paying a discretionary buyout.
Either party may end an agreement for a material breach that is not put right within a reasonable period after written notice, where the breach can be remedied. We may take proportionate urgent action if necessary to protect systems or comply with law.
On termination, we will account for work delivered, agreed non-recoverable commitments and any refund due. We will not automatically treat every advance payment as non-refundable or impose a charge unrelated to a lawful contractual entitlement. Ongoing access, backups, data return and deletion will follow the agreed exit arrangements.
11. Business customers and statutory rights
These service offers are for organisations and people buying wholly or mainly for business purposes. You confirm you have authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the named customer. If you need services for personal use, tell us before contracting so we can provide appropriate terms and pre-contract information.
Calling an agreement “business-to-business” does not override its actual legal status. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory statutory rights that apply, including consumer cancellation rights if you are legally a consumer. A request to start work is not, by itself, a waiver of such rights.
12. Responsibility and events outside our control
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any business-to-business liability cap or specific exclusion must be expressly agreed in the proposal and remains subject to applicable law; this website does not impose an undisclosed cap.
If an event outside reasonable control materially affects delivery, the affected party must explain the impact and take reasonable steps to reduce it. We will discuss a revised timetable or appropriate ending/refund arrangements if the disruption continues. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
13. Website use and complaints
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or interfere with other users. Website information is general information, not a substitute for advice based on an agreed assessment of your circumstances. Linked websites operate under their own terms.
If something is wrong, contact Lee at hello@eversloy.co.uk with the relevant details and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to the law and courts of the part of the UK where they live.
