Domain renewal is separately charged from year two. Standard policy/utility pages sit outside the main-page count; Shop product listings use its fewer-than-100-product allowance.
What counts as a page?
Main pages are normal pages of agreed content, not unlimited one-page websites. Standard privacy/terms and utility pages sit outside the main-page allowance. Shop listings count against the product allowance; basket, checkout and account pages do not use main-page slots. Additional pages, new sections and features need an agreed upgrade or quote; editing credits do not increase your package limits.

Credits cover supported AI edits only. Manual editing, advice, investigation, copywriting and bespoke development by Lee are quoted separately. Managed plans include their own personal-time allowance, not the Simply credit allocation.
One standard supported update is one supplied-text replacement in one existing section, up to 1,000 characters, or one supplied image replacement. Text and image together are two credits. New pages and features need a separate quote.

Your included build
No upfront build fee. A 12-month minimum starts on your agreed service start date. Your first payment covers the first service month; later monthly invoices are reviewed and sent with payment links. Your card is not charged automatically.
Your written scope records the initial pages, features, supplied materials and revision allowance. Extra redesign work is quoted before it starts.
Your website handover
Your domain, supplied content and business data remain yours. After the minimum term and agreed payments, you can request handover of the agreed transferable website deliverables and rights. BEEKS, its editor and shared software remain Eversloy’s platform; third-party licences still apply. Any platform-dependent features and handover format are identified in your written scope. An early ownership buyout uses the published initial build value for your plan, reduced by one-twelfth for each paid service month that has begun. Paying that remaining buyout releases the remaining minimum-term future-service commitment; separately agreed delivered work and non-recoverable costs are itemised. Your accepted scope records the calculation and handover.

Renewal is charged separately from year two, with the price confirmed beforehand. Keep an existing domain if you prefer; other extensions are quoted separately.
Your written scope confirms the website platform, supported editing operations and available controls before service activation. A free mockup or payment does not publish a website or activate a service. If the package cannot be supplied or the scope cannot be agreed, the first payment is refunded in full.
Existing customers keep their accepted agreements. The new launch model does not change them retrospectively.
