One section. One supported update. One credit.
A section is one visible content area, such as a service panel. It is not a whole page or a wrapper containing several sections. Credits are service units, not AI tokens or minutes of Lee’s time.

The operation must be supported on your agreed website platform. Scope and the credit cost are confirmed before you authorise work. An unsupported AI request does not include a free manual substitute.

View ShopIncluded credits renew each service billing cycle and do not roll over. Any purchased credits follow their agreed purchase terms and are used after the included allowance. Extra purchases always need your agreement; there are no automatic top-ups.

Describe the change
Supply the wording or image and identify the section. Requests outside supported operations need separate scoping.
Agree the cost
You see the scope and total credit cost before authorising the work. Discussing the request does not itself spend credits.
Review the result
Publication follows the supported review and approval process for your website. Failed or incorrectly applied updates do not use extra credits for correction.
Your written scope confirms the website platform, supported editing operations and available controls before service activation. A free mockup or payment does not publish a website or activate a service. If the package cannot be supplied or the scope cannot be agreed, the first payment is refunded in full.
The editing and approval controls available for your website are confirmed before your service starts. There are no automatic top-up purchases.

Credits cover supported AI edits only. Manual editing, advice, investigation, copywriting and bespoke development by Lee are quoted separately. Managed plans include their own personal-time allowance, not the Simply credit allocation.
