A visitor journey, not a promise of therapeutic outcomes.

The brief

Create a calm, approachable digital presence that explains Wendy’s equine-led and CBT-informed support clearly for parents, carers and young people. The site needed to introduce the therapy setting, communicate specialist neurodiversity-affirming care, and make it easy for families to understand the offer and get in touch.

A sensitive service needs a sensitive website

The content structure balances reassurance with practical information. Visitors can quickly understand who the sessions support, how horses are used therapeutically, what the environment feels like, and why a flexible, child-led approach can help young people who find traditional talking therapy overwhelming.

  • Clear messaging for equine assisted therapy and CBT-informed support
  • Parent-friendly service sections for neurodiverse young people
  • Warm visual design shaped around calm, trust and connection
  • Gallery, testimonials and contact routes to build confidence
  • Mobile-friendly presentation for families researching support

Content that explains the approach

The website explains the value of horse-led therapeutic work in plain language: regulation, confidence, resilience, self-awareness and emotional safety. It also gives Wendy space to introduce her professional counselling background, BACP registration and person-centred approach.

Service clarity

Focused sections for equine assisted therapy, sensory and regulation sessions, and therapeutic support.

Trust signals

Professional credentials, testimonials, gallery imagery and licensing information presented in a reassuring way.

Local discovery

Clear location-led positioning around Telford, Shropshire and the Wrekin to support families searching locally.

Built for ongoing growth

The site provides a foundation for ongoing updates, testimonials, gallery images, service refinement and local search improvement as Pony Pals Wrekin grows. It gives the service a professional online home while keeping the tone human, gentle and easy to understand.

For a therapeutic service, the website has to do more than look polished. It has to help people feel safe enough to take the next step.

The project in focus

Clear information. A more human introduction.

A professional online home that supports informed conversations and gives the service room to keep its content current.
