Security monitoring and routine updates are included. Unused personal time does not roll over. Extra work is £75 per hour, agreed before it starts. No standing monthly meeting, unlimited support or guaranteed monthly project volume is included. Managed does not also include Simply AI-edit credits.

Price and getting started

£49.99 per month. A 12-month minimum totals £599.88 for the stated service. Separately agreed extras are additional.

No upfront build fee. A 12-month minimum starts on your agreed service start date. Your first payment covers the first service month; later monthly invoices are reviewed and sent with payment links. Your card is not charged automatically.

Your written scope confirms the website platform, supported editing operations and available controls before service activation. A free mockup or payment does not publish a website or activate a service. If the package cannot be supplied or the scope cannot be agreed, the first payment is refunded in full.

Ownership and handover

Your domain, supplied content and business data remain yours. After the minimum term and agreed payments, you can request handover of the agreed transferable website deliverables and rights. BEEKS, its editor and shared software remain Eversloy’s platform; third-party licences still apply. Any platform-dependent features and handover format are identified in your written scope. An early ownership buyout uses the published initial build value for your plan, reduced by one-twelfth for each paid service month that has begun. Paying that remaining buyout releases the remaining minimum-term future-service commitment; separately agreed delivered work and non-recoverable costs are itemised. Your accepted scope records the calculation and handover.

Early ownership buyout

The initial build value for Managed Hosting is £300.00. Each paid service month that has begun earns a £25.00 build credit, up to 12 months. The remaining buyout is £300.00 × (12 − qualifying months) ÷ 12, never below £0. After three qualifying months it is £225.00.

Paying that buyout releases the remaining minimum-term future-service commitment. Unpaid work already supplied and expressly agreed non-recoverable costs are itemised separately; no build cost is recovered twice. Future-service prepayments are credited or refunded as applicable. The accepted scope records the service start date and handover arrangements. Existing agreements keep their accepted terms. Read the ownership and buyout terms.

Your domain

First year’s .co.uk domain included. One new standard .co.uk domain, subject to availability, registered in your name or your business’s name after the first package payment. Renewal is charged separately from year two, with the price confirmed beforehand. Keep an existing domain if you prefer; other extensions are quoted separately.
